Terms of Service

By using Trace and Trade (the website or the app), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Trace and Trade is a research and information tool. Nothing in the product is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security or asset. AI-generated scores may be wrong or incomplete, and public-filing data can lag or contain errors. You are solely responsible for your own decisions — trade at your own risk.

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

Don't misuse the service: no scraping or automated bulk access beyond what we provide, no attempts to break or overload the system, no reselling the data, and no unlawful use.

Paid plans (where offered, on the website) are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can manage or cancel from your account's billing settings.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trace and Trade is not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on its data.
